I have been saying this for years now. Whatever happened to LEGO being an amorphous, free-form vehicle for one’s untethered imagination? Why can’t you get plain ol’ LEGOS instead of it being part of some commercially-tied-in masterplan? It’s antithetical to the very DESIGN of LEGOS! IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE *YOUR* IMAGINATION!
